[cisco-voip] IPCC Express - JTAPI Triggers

Yes, the 2nd DN is a CTI route point in CM.....  Prior to that I tested 
it by making it an extension on my phone and it rings through fine (so I 
know the config for the DID is working)...  Something I was wondering is 
what is the association between apps and scripts..I was assuming 1 to 1, 
but when would you not have a 1 to 1 (like in your case)?
