[cisco-voip] CallManager Backup using Windows 2000 Backup

Hi Hauke,

Please refer to the beginning of this thread - Ghost backup is not currently
supported by Cisco.

STIRestore will restore a valid backup over a currently running server with
the same servername and IP address.

Hypothetically, it should work. In the lab it appears to work, just be
aware there may be some small things still 'off' after restoring an
STIBackup on top of a ghost restore. 'not supported' = not tested so we
cannot speak to short, medium, or long term consequences.

Regarding the onboard RAID controller of the 7825H, it does appear to be
there, but I have not located any Cisco provided documentation on its use.
Perhaps someone else on the list has more information?

/Wes
