[cisco-voip] Failed Publisher

Is it possible to replicate information from a working subscriber to a newly 
installed publisher (old one failed and I'm without a backup) and have them 
live happy ever after? Or is there a way to turn a working subscriber into a 
publisher and add the old publisher as a new subscriber. Any ideas?
