That means the IP Phone that AC is trying to control is not in the "AC" user profile so that the phone may be controlled by the AC application. If you add this phone to the "AC" user profile this error should go away.

I took a look at the acclient.txt log file and see the following error:
126 06/25 13:47:59.758 DEBUG ACClientJTAPIProviderObs.providerInService().
com.cisco.ac.common.telephony.ACJTAPIProvider at 7c218e
127 06/25 13:47:59.758 DEBUG ACClientTelephonyMgr.init(): Provider In
Service.
128 06/25 13:47:59.961 DEBUG ACClientTelephonyMgr.setOperatorTerminal().
129 06/25 13:47:59.961 ERROR ACClientTelephonyMgr.setOperatorTerminal():
Failed getting Terminal[SEP00078546AB32].
com.cisco.jtapi.InvalidArgumentExceptionImpl: Terminal SEP00078546AB32 is
not in provider's domain.
What does it mean by "SEP00078546AB32 is not in provider's domain."?

Subject: [cisco-voip] Attendant Console Error
I'm running Attendant Console 1.2(1). I recently installed the client on a
new station and created a new login for it. After installing and
configuring it, the program opened and was able to load the Call Control
with no problem. I then copied over the users list from the other station
and loaded up Attendant Console again and am now receiving this error
message box:
Initialization of Call Control failed. Retrying...
It is never able to connect and I cannot dial. I then removed the users
list and reset the IP phone, but problem still exists. Any ideas? I
already read through and verified everything was correct from what I found
on Cisco's website:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/prod_troubleshooting_gu
ide_chapter09186a00801eaf91.html
Can't seem to get this one to work, yet the other station is fine. Any
ideas, or any log files I can look at?
Jesse
