No, you will need to reinstall the CCM software on the server you want as a
subscriber and choose Subscriber when installing the software.

The Subscriber has o build it's SQL database by communicating with the
Publisher during installation of the CCM software. There really is no way
around this. A subscriber installation depending on the version of CCM
typically takes 45 minutes to an hour and a half, depending on the database
size.

Is it possible downgrading a publisher to a subscriber ?
