[cisco-voip] Cisco CallManager 3.2 (2c)

Hi ,

Does anyone has any idea about Cisco CallManager 3.2 (2c), actually i installed the CallManager 3.2(2c) the Publisher which is not problem .. but when i start to install e CallManager Subcriber ... problem started .. 
Does anyone can guide me step by step ... which one i need to start first ?  Do you mind to guide me step by step .. 
how can make it the cisco callmanager working properly .... because i can not Cluster both CallManager ...
