[cisco-voip] Mostly used VoIP Features

1. SRST-- Very important. If you are using a centralized model, you
loose all phone service.

2. IPIPGW -- we are running Centralized so we are not using this. But
if you are running Distributed, then this would be something you would
need to look at.

3. MGCP Profiles -- you can setup MGCP globally or you can use
profiles. Depends on how generic all your MGCP endpoints are.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Mostly used VoIP Features

hi all,
We are working on a Cisco VoIP simulation project in
our company and are trying to figure out which
features in VoIP are being widely used and which are
seldom used.

I would like to get some input on these features, and
how often they are used and how essential they are in
your deployments?

1. SRST

2. Cisco Multiservice IP-to-IP Gateway (IPIPGW)
feature

3. MGCP Profiles

Your inputs are much appreciated.
Thanks
Guru
