Umm... We use 3.2, and I've never seen an * in the caller-id field.  I
don't know if that's a problem or not.  Try removeing the asterisk.
Some providers also will remask caller ID to the billing # on the PRI in
my experience.  If the provider says it's on your end likely it is.

I have Cisco Call Manager 3.3.  When we have recently added caller id.
The problem I have is my outgoing calls don't send the id info.
Incoming call information is coming thru fine.  Is there a setting that
I need  to adjust on the CCM.  Our external phone number mask is set up
701*355*XXXX.  I tried changing that to the extension number without any
luck.  I contacted the local Telco who provides the service and they
seem to think the problem is on my end.
