[cisco-voip] which do I choose

To add to it I have a 2600 with a HDV t1 and it loops just fine too.
But it was setup as h323 not mgcp.  Need to setup the 2600 to mgcp and
retest, but I'm willing to bet It's the CMM.

I had a similar case that was exhibiting the same issues. They could
loop the smartjack, not the gateway. Phones worked fine, had a few
dropped calls here and there(very few). I monitored that there was a
error being generated on the gatway that stated the d-channel was
bouncing. After much hasseling with the provider(all there remote
tests were passing) we got them onsite to test, and it ended up being
a bad smartjack. Has been fine since.
