[cisco-voip] Meetme

Hi Nick,

We are exploring using CRS to post XML to an ipphone that has the
ipphone initiate the meetme, then anyone can dial in. We would then
launch this script via a jtapi trigger. End result, dial a DN and enter
a PIN code, CRS remote controls an IP Phone to initiate the conference,
then dumps the caller into the conference. This is a workaround as
meetme invocation is currently not supported via JTAPI or TSP.
