[cisco-voip] Migrating user data from DCD to AD

We've recently migrated from DC Directory to AD2003 on our CallManager 
3.3(3)sr4.
The problem we've faced is that none of existing user data had been 
migrated to AD. We've somehow solved problem of controlled devices.
But what is missing and important to us is users PINs, personal book and 
fastdial entries.
Do you know of any way to export this data from DCD to AD?
What LDAP clients (other than DCD Administrator) can I use to connect to 
DCD (ie. adsiedit won't connect)?

I've tried to use 'DC Directory Bulk Export', but it fails with message:
"Error MLK0039: Export of tree failed: DumpTree of /c=com/o=cisco failed..
Error MLK0045: Failed to export tree."

Any hints would be appreciated.
