[cisco-voip] CCM D:\ - What can I use this for

If I have to rebuild a Call Manager, will the contents of D:\ be
maintained.  I am thinking of using this drive to store CCM updates and
W2K patches which are installed on Call Manager.  This way, if I have to
rebuild Call Manager from CDs, the currently applied patches are on the
server.
 
Will this work?
