[cisco-voip] Speaker Feedback on Cisco 7960

Just in case anyone is interested we just got a response from Cisco on this,
bug ID CSCef53862, there is definitely a software load for SCCP that makes
this problem less severe, waiting to find out if they have a load for
SIP/MGCP.

We have been having a lot of issues with feedback on the Cisco 7960 phones.
When a user is on the handset or headset sometimes the voice also comes
through the speaker, it is very annoying and seems to be completely random.
Has anyone else seen this?  Any way to fix it?
