[cisco-voip] CallManager Second NIC

We've been using both built-in NIC's with Interface Teaming in SFT mode on
our IBM x345 Servers running CallManager v4 and it works beautifully!

After the IP Telephony OS build finishes install the Intel ProSet software
and create a wired team in SFT mode.

You'll have to re-enter your IP info into the virtual team adapter and away
you go!
