[cisco-voip] Unity 4.0.4

I have built a new unity 4.0.4 unity box on a Windows 2k3 server back
ended with Exchange 2003.  Everything seems to work fine except one
little problem.

When you go into voice mail setup, there is no other options for
alternate, closed, busy, etc. greetings.  How do I fix that?  It's got
to be a setting somewhere that I have not found because everything else
works so well.
