[cisco-voip] Disable Call Waiting Tone

I forgot to mention that I am not using CallManager, I am looking for a
setting in the actual configuration file of the phone itself that will tell
it not to play the call waiting tone when a second call comes in.

Does anyone know of a way to disable the call waiting tone that the party
hears when another call comes in on a Cisco 7940 or 7960? I don't want to
disable call waiting, just the audible indication of call waiting.
