Hello.


It is a range for video rtp stream (and is used by Cisco IP/TV Software 
for example)

This range is using in cRTP algorithm also:

for Klaus: cisco ios use these ports as _source_ for dns queries, while 
the destination port is always <1024 for wellknown services.
