[cisco-voip] poe tester

I said the same thing, but he has both power and non power switches in
the closet and his idea is that he is going to place a phone in line
with the PC and he doesn't what to go back to the closet and trace the
patch to the switch to find out.

I think one quick way to tell is that the older switches use
'PWR' in their model- the newer ones do not.
