That's the funny thing.  It is, but the PBX vendor says I need to
provide the clock, and when I provide the clock it starts showing LOS
and CRC.

That's why I'm starting to wonder about how the modem calls are being
processed by the VGW.

It's been awhile...but it sounds like the PBX clock isn't sync'd to the
telco.  Can you not set the PRIs going to the PBX to line?
