You can install the Cisco TSP and configure it to work on the PC and it works with CCM and Outlook, or you can take a look at this product it integrates with the WebDialer.

  Hello, I'm using Cisco IP Softphone 1.3.4.0, some users have asked us if there's anyway to integrated it with Microsoft Outlook to where you can right click on a user's name in the address book, or in an email and the Softphone will call that user. Does anybody know if integration like this is available? Thanks in advance.
