[cisco-voip] newbie callback feature

Im having trouble implementig the call bak feature on CCM 3.3(4), i've
follwed the instructions on the cisco site and cheked all the services
configuration, the softkey apaears on all the fones but when i try to use
the callback i get the same error every time witch is service not active, i
checked the TCD service and it's up, can someone please direct me so i can
correct this problem.
