Use the BAT (Bulk Admin Tool) and choose IP Services = your service 
name.  You can filter by device pool, location, phone model, etc.

I would like to know the answer too.  I'd like to be able to prevent users 
from subscribing themselves, rather than   programming an authentication 
front end.  Passwords are travelling over http not https.
