I just had the same thing...

You have to rerun the Unity config tool and point it to the new DC



(You also have to do this if you upgrade to Exchange 2003)

I have had my unity box up and running for about a year now.  It is on
my M$ AD 2000 Domain and back ended with Exchange 2000.  Recently we
moved the schema master from one server to another.  I don't know if
that is the problem or not, but I'm unable to import users from exchange
via the web/sa page.  Any ideas before I open a TAC Case?
