Yes.  We do several things with outside translation, including pointing a 
caller to meet-me conferences, and pointing them to 7935 "starfish" phones, 
so they can call a specific phone directly, regardless of where it's plugged 
in at the time (we have 2 such phones that users check out for 
conferencing).
