[cisco-voip] Turning on the MW light from XML?

JTAPI is capable of turning the MWI light on and off.  Given that I'm not a programmer, I couldn't say how this would be done, but I know it is possible.

Is it possible to turn on the MW light on a phone?
 
I'm looking to write an XML app that will post a message to the display of the phone and turn on (better yet, blink) the MW light on the phone
so that a user notices that their light is blinking and checks it...
