There are detailed instructions on the Cisco web site, but in summary, you
convert the file to a raw sound file and upload it to the TFTP server and
modify the RingList.xml file or the DistinctiveRingList.xml files so they
appear on the phone. A restart of the TFTP servers is required.

There are some caveats with respect to how many ring files can be downloaded
to the phone, that's all included in the detailed instructions on the Cisco
web site.

We are running 3.3.3sr3 here, and I was wondering how to setup up
different

Ring tones on my phone. I have 2 .mid files, what product can I sue to
convert them to .raw

And how do I apply these new files to the phone?
