You will need CCO access to get some software required for the image generation I believe.

I tried to change the image that's on my 7912 phones, by using the idle url settings etc...but it doesn't seem to work for the 7912 phones.

Is there a catch or another way of getting our company logo on the 7912 phones instead of the one of cisco?
