[cisco-voip] extension mobility

Im having a problem with Extension mobility on ccm3.3(4)sr1

On the log i get the folowing lines

22: Sep 17 10:06:18.579 BST %EMApp-3-UNK:Error while getting dir handle
:java.lang.Exception: -1002

23: Sep 17 10:06:18.579 BST %EMApp-3-UNK:Unable to establish dir
connection:java.lang.Exception: -1002

Wen i try to execute extension mobility on the phones it stays on requesting

 

Can you help me with this?
