[cisco-voip] 79xx phone rs-232

Are you running a SCCP or SIP firmware load? I believe you can only access
the 7940 and 7960 through the rs232 port if the phone is running SIP.

I Have 7910, 7940 and 7960, but i can't connect them with a console cable, I
have use a serial cable  like in cisco IP phone administration guide
appendix Console Access, but i d'ont have anything in the windows of my
terminal .
