[cisco-voip] Voice Gateway keeps 2 active calls from the same extension!

Hi all,
i have a cisco 2651XM as voice gateway, running ios 12.2(15)ZJ5 and is integrated with a CCM 3.3(4) sr3. The gateway has an E1 attached. I noticed a very bizzare thing. A user having an ATA was not able to perfaorm outside calls (through the gateway) but only internal calls. After a while the problem was solved by its own. Next time it happened i managed to get on to the router and gave a "show call active voice brief" and i saw 2 active calls from the same extension to the same outside number!!I asked the user and she told me that while she was talking at the first time, somehow the call was disconnected and she had to call again. But the two original call legs were not disappeared by the gateway until she finally put the phone onhook!!Then, both calls, 4 legs entirely were dismissed!
Could it be some kind if bug?
