The quick and easy package is Berbee's Informacast.  A little pricey but
does exactly that.

PS.  I think I've seen were you can do this also through XML, but I
didn't get it to work.  Then again, I had about 2 hours to play with it.

Is this basic functionality offered by default on the CCM 3.2 (where 
we're at) or 4.0 (where we're about to upgrade to)?  If not, what are 
some of the low cost packages that do just that feature?  We had a 
situation yesterday where it would have come in real handy and are 
looking to enable ths functionality for as low cost as possible.
