[cisco-voip] unity window not working

Is this a Unity 4.x system? I had the same problem there is a patch from
Cisco and a regkey you have to add... Do a search for Engineering
Special 76 for Unity 4.0.3 and that is what fixed mine....

I'm trying to add a user via the WEB/SA page.  When I select the user
out of Exchange, the Exchange user locator window comes up, can not be
displayed.  How do I fix that?  It's the only page that doesn't display.
