[cisco-voip] Early ringkback tone using CAS

We've some R2 CAS trunks terminating SIP calls in the PSTN, but the CAS
signaling is really slow and the post dial delay is being quite
intolerable (it takes many seconds).
Does anyone knows any IOS command that allows us to generate an early
ringback tone (I mean, send a "183 Session Progress" or similar SIP
Message as soon as the "INVITE" arrives at the gateway, without having
to wait for the PSTN signaling time)
In case there's no such a command, anyone has any idea of anything else
that can be done to improve this? (we cannot hire PRI trunks ore use any
other signaling in the gateway but SIP and CAS)
