[cisco-voip] CCM and Syslog

This is never easy explaining in an email... ;)  but here are the steps:

  Login to http://<CCM_IP_ADDRESS>/CCMService/alarmconfig.asp
  Select a CCM in left pane/frame
  Select any service in center pane/frame
  Click "Apply to All Nodes" (updates every CCM in lefthand pane)
  Under "Syslog Trace", click "Enable Alarm", 
      select "Informational", add IP address.
  Click "Update" Button
  
  <repeat above steps for each additional service>


An alternate method of getting to the Alarm Configuration site is to
login to CCMAdmin and select Application -> Cisco CM Serviceability from
the top menu.  Then on the new page selct Alarm -> Configuration.
