Peter,

In the agent desktop, go to File --> View --> ACD Statistics.

Click on "Skills" tab and this gives longest in Queue and number in
Queue.

Is this what you're looking for?

There is also a ton of info in the real time reporting but you will need
to give the agents at least supervisor status to log in. Or you can put
in a big screen and log it in for them so they can look at it. Or you
can make an XML application so they can see it directly from there
phone. (I have not done this, but have seen it, and it was a nice
little application).

Hope that helps.

Scott

Subject: [cisco-voip] Presenting Queue statistics to IPCC agents

Hi,

I'm wondering if there is any way to present the current queue length to
IPCC agents in the agent console?

Regards,
Peter Lewandowski
