[cisco-voip] Cisco 1751 router problem

I had the same problem (different command though)  Turns out I had the
wrong IOS, once I uploaded the correct IOS it worked fine..

I have a Cisco 1751 router.
When I want to configure it I don't find the command 
to set the ivr application. Is using this router an ivr application ?
 
Maybe the problem is the IOS ?! 
 
(on other voip routers I used something like   call application voice
name tftp://....)
