MessageI think it will be different in version 4.x where DNs are seperate entities in and of themselves which have to be created and assigned to devices, but for now, v3.x, you can use the route plan report.

Route Plan -> Route Plan Report

Click on View in File.

You can save this to the desktop and open it with WordPad (not notepad) and turn off wordwrapping.

It wil give you a numerical listing of DNs/Patterns in your system. This includes phones, route points, 9.@ patterns, translations, call park groups, voicemail pilots, etc.

It's the best thing I've found that does the job. It does lack some thing, like where the translation goes, but oh well. Can't have everything I guess.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Listing of phones attached to CCM

  Hi everyone-

This could be a simple question- I'm just not sure how..

Is there a way to get a listing of all phones and other extensions defined on a CCM?

I need a report that can be dumped into Excel, or some otherwise data-friendly output-
the listing of phones that you get by doing a Find in CCMAdmin>Devices>Phones is NOT
what I'm after- that HTML output is too difficult to get a complete listing of phones and all other types of extensions out of..

this is to begin the development of a system to automatically generate a telephone directory using data known to the CCM
