I start with the Publisher: RoutePlan->Route Plan Report->View in File, save 
as NumPlan.txt and import to Excel.  There's a lot of  Excel hocus-pocus and 
some manual massaging that follows, ultimately resulting in several reports 
that are useful to me.  As far as I know, all DNs allocated for any purpose 
show up in that list.

This, combined with DC Directory data, Cisco CDP output,  and more Excel 
hocus-pocus eventually produces the definitive directory, switchport-to-IP 
phone-to-User  mappings, etc.  Unfortunately, it's a cumbersome, manual 
process that consequently only gets done monthly or so, but we're pretty 
stable right now.
