[cisco-voip] CCM & AD Integration

Are the 2 attributies you mentioned "ciscoCCNocAppProfile" and
"ciscoUserProfile" ?? When I delete the "cisco" OU, those attributes are
also deleted too. And after the new integration, CM only create one profile
("xxx-CCNProfile-{yyy}") for those users who have problem, (short of
xxx-profile-{yyy})

Thanks.

When you removed the Cisco ou did you also clear out the 2 attributes on
each user as well (ccnatprofile and ccnatprofilelocation I think)?
CM reads these attributes to find out where the profile is located. If
there is no entry for these attributes then CM will create a new profile.

I have tried the process - remove the cisco OU, create a new one, and that
erased all the ciscoprofile attributes for the users who have been updated.
After I perform the integration again, only those users can't be updated in
CCM and they will only have one profile "xxx-CCNProfile-{yyy}"(short of
xxx-profile-{yyy}) in AD. I guess there still be some place holding the
user's attribute or property other than the "cisco" OU, but I can't find it.

Another question, there is a manager user id field in User Configuration of
CCM. If the user id in this field doesn't exist in the OU of user search
base, the user can't be updated either. For
example: userB is userA's manager, but userB is located in another OU or
other domain which is not the same user search base with userA.
After the integration, when I try to update userA in CCM, there will be an
error which shows "Updated failed: transaction aborted. Manager 'userB' does
not exist." How to fix this problem? Is there any way that the manager
information will not be brought into CCM? (just like change the property of
'ciscoCCNatAttrsMapping' so the department info will not be in CCM)
