[cisco-voip] RTMT alerts

What version of CM?

Are you using LineGroups? Hunt Lists?

If so one of these is timing out before someone answers the phone and
the call goes dead...

You can get more detail if you go into RTMT, and get the alert details
from the alert, it will ell you which hunt list..

I'm getting the two following alerts.  How do I fix them?

At 18:25:09 on 04/03/2005 on node CMPUB.
Directory connection failed .
Monitored precanned object has value of 0.

At 03:02:41 on 04/04/2005 on cluster CMPUB-Cluster.
Number of RouteListExhausted events exceed 0 within 60 minutes.
