  No,I just had a new installation of the CM4.0,not upgrade from CM3.X;I
install it following the guid.And I have installed the SQL2000 and Directory
successfully, this error always occoured during the beginning of CM's
installation.

When I install the CM4.0 in my server, I found a error code:1603 fatal error
during installation. And I look the install log:
    4/05/2005 10:34:47.250 CCMSetup.cpp fnRunCommand CreateProcess returned:
1603 
04/05/2005 10:34:47.250 CCMSetup.cpp fnRunCommand Function ended 
04/05/2005 10:34:47.250 CCMSetup.cpp fnInstallPackage msiexec.exe: Return
Code: 1603: Fatal error during installation. 
04/05/2005 10:34:50.031 CCMSetup.cpp fnInstallPackage Cisco CallManager
Install did not complete successfully.  Review the log file for more
information. 
04/05/2005 10:34:50.031 CCMSetup.cpp fnInstallPackage User responded "OK" to
message box. 
04/05/2005 10:34:50.031 CCMSetup.cpp fnInstallPackage Function ended 
04/05/2005 10:34:50.031 CCMSetup.cpp WinMain Function ended. 
   Pls help me to resolve it,thks a lot!
