So it should be a CT3 card and a chanelized T3 instead of clear channel?

Nope, for that you need a CT3, rather than an MCT3. And note that four
channels is exactly how many you can add/drop, it doesn't support more
than that. But it does work just fine, and CT3 cards are dirt cheap.
