[cisco-voip] Channelized T3 - Break out Voice PRI

Thanks but EOS effective September 2000.  I called 1-800-Go-Cisco, there
is no current Drop-and-insert functionality with a Channelized T3.

Sorry, hang on, that was from memory, and I think (now that I'm fully
awake) that I got the part number wrong.  Let me go find it on the Cisco
web site...

Note that these goodies, which are incredibly useful, work in 7206
chassis, but _not_ 7206VXR chassis.  So you're _forced_ to not
over-spend.
