[cisco-voip] MTP errors on Evemt log

Try doing a conference or putting a call on hold and see if that  
triggers it.

This error means that CM tried to invoke a transcoder and none were  
available.  Common reasons for this are a g.729 region trying to use a  
software conference bridge (they only support g.711) with no  
transcoders defined.
