[cisco-voip] Billing information during Call Manager fallback (SRST )

Billing information during Call Manager fallback ( SRST )From what I gather CDRs are actually always stored on the subscriber and periodically copied into a directory which the publisher then inserts into the CDR database. I think this is controlled by the CDRInsert service. Now, the period in which this happens is quite quick, you should have no more than one or two files in the CDR directory on the publisher in C:\Program Files\Cisco\CallDetail\CDR . Now, if the publisher is down, the subscribers typically keep these files until the publisher is back up and running at which time they copy the files back. The longer the publisher is down, the more CDRs it has to insert which might pop up the CPU cycles.

  Hello

Can somebody tell me what happens with CDR information when Call manager fallback is active ? I will lose all the information about calls which I made during fallback or it will be added to call manager CDRs after reconnect ?

  Best regards

  Marcin
