[cisco-voip] DNA won't install

closing the loop,
problem was a file left in place by the previous install:

CSCsa85986

<B>Symptom:</B>
Dialed Number Analyzer (DNA) install launches, prompts for private 
phrase, begins install, then immediately rolls back. 

<B>Conditions:</B>
c:\DNAInstallLog.txt shows no errors.
The file
C:\Program Files\Cisco\Bin\DialedNumberAnalyzer.exe
is already present on the server.

<B>Workaround:</B>
rename the file
C:\Program Files\Cisco\Bin\DialedNumberAnalyzer.exe
to DialedNumberAnalyzer.exe.bak and rerun the installer.
