[cisco-voip] Phone tree

I would think there would be a 3rd Party Application like this out there
somewhere. It seems like a common request for schools.

This could be done easily in IPCC Express. You could write the scripts to
read from an XML file the parent's name and telephone number. Then have the
script play either a pre-recorded wav file or use TTS to read a flat file
and speak the message.

To update the list you, would update the xml file.

Does anyone have some kind of an application that you could setup that
would call all the parents and leave a recorded message. This would
have to be flexible enough to change numbers and record messages.

Maybe a Berbee application or something? I think I could do something
like this in IPCCx but I think it wouldn't be flexible enough for a
School district.

TIA

Scott
