[cisco-voip] CM down, features disabled

Can you ping the phone from the callmanagers? Sounds like a connectivity issue. What load are you running...there was an issue with 7.1.1 along similar lines that we saw a few times. Do the phones initially register with the callmanager and then show CMdown?

  I have a couple of phones that are displaying CM down, features disabled.  I have tried **#** and unplugging the phones.  Both my publisher and subscriber are up.  Any suggestions?
