It's not currently possible to set CFA to a route pattern that uses FAC/CMC.
You would have to forward to a pattern that does not enforce fac/cmc.

as far as I know, there is no way to add a pause to a speeddial/callforward
destination.

Subject: [cisco-voip] External Call with authorization code
Dear All,
In my CM, I need to dial the authorization code before making the
external calls, the pattern is: "#*1234567 + 9 + phone number". But I
need to wait for the dial tone before dialing the phone number. If I
want to forward calls to external number, what pattern should I use?
Thanks.
Regards/Alan
