Hi Alex

I did a bit of playing with it a while ago and managed to record from
the desktop client used for agent supervisors. In terms of setting it up
look at:

Search Cisco's web site for: Configuring and Deploying Silent Monitoring
and Recording in CRS and also at the CRS configuration guides.

I have an old doc so rather get the latest. The recording is limited and
normally for low usage on demand recording rather than constant
recording. In big call centre environments like brokers, banks etc
people often need constant recording with professional archiving etc.
Then you should look at a dedicated IP telephony IPCC ready solution.
One that comes to mind is from a South African company Spescom.
www.spescom.co.za. There are others too. Hope this helps.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Call recording in CCM

Hello!

Did anybody configure call recording in CCM 4.0? According to the
documentation
I assumed that it is possible, isn't it? However I can't find the point
to start
:(
What subsystems should be configured for call recording? How then to use
it?
I have CCM 4.0 and IPCC Express 3.5(2).
Thanks.
